Produced by Jamison Savage at the celebrated Finca Deborah in Panama and roasted to preserve its complex structure, these coffee pods showcase one of the most experimental and expressive coffees in modern specialty coffee.

In the cup, Nirvana opens with intense cherry and ripe tropical fruit sweetness that immediately signals its anaerobic Geisha character. Layers of banana-like sweetness follow, joined by fermented fruit complexity that gives the coffee remarkable depth. Subtle floral aromatics rise through the cup while vivid acidity keeps everything focused and structured. This coffee is a nitrogen-macerated natural Geisha grown at Finca Deborah in Panamas Chiriquí region at elevations around 1900 meters. The farms volcanic soil, rainforest climate, and shade-grown conditions create ideal growing conditions for highly expressive coffees. During production, whole cherries undergo nitrogen-infused anaerobic fermentation, a precise processing method that transforms sugars and acids into deeply layered flavor compounds. The result is exceptional sweetness, clarity, and sensory complexity. Nirvana earned global recognition by placing second at the 2024 World Barista Championship.
